General Business Information

What is Innova Max USA’s primary business model?

Innova Max USA operates exclusively as a Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesaler and custom manufacturer. We specialize in ethically sourcing and exporting authentic handwoven Shatranji rugs and other textile products from Bangladesh to clients worldwide, including retailers, interior designers, and hospitality businesses.

Where are your rugs manufactured?

Our beautiful Shatranji rugs are meticulously handwoven by skilled artisans in Rangpur, Bangladesh. We maintain strong partnerships with local weaving communities, ensuring traditional craftsmanship and ethical production.

Do you offer retail sales to individual customers?

No, Innova Max USA is strictly a B2B supplier. We do not sell directly to individual consumers. Our services are tailored for businesses seeking wholesale quantities or custom manufacturing solutions.

Ordering & Customization

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ varies depending on the product type, design complexity, and whether it’s a ready-stock item or a custom order. Please contact our sales team with your specific requirements for a detailed quotation. For most custom Shatranji rug designs, the MOQ typically starts from 50-100 pieces per design/size.

Can I request custom designs or sizes?

Yes, custom manufacturing is one of our core services. We welcome custom design, size, color, and material blend requests to meet your unique project needs. Our design team will work closely with you from concept to production.

What is the process for placing a custom order?

The custom order process typically involves:

  • Initial Consultation & Requirements Gathering
  • Design & Quote Submission
  • Sample Production & Approval (optional, but recommended for large orders)
  • Final Order Confirmation & Payment Terms Agreement
  • Production & Quality Control
  • Shipping & Delivery

Please reach out to us to start your custom project.

Can I get samples before placing a large order?

Yes, samples can be produced for custom designs or to evaluate the quality of our existing products. Sample costs and shipping fees apply. The cost of the sample may be credited towards a larger subsequent order. Please contact our sales team for sample requests.

Pricing & Payment

How do I get a price quote?

To receive a comprehensive price quote, please fill out our contact form or email us directly at [email protected]. Please provide details such as product type, desired quantity, size, design specifications (for custom orders), and target destination.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept international bank transfers (T/T). For large orders, we typically require an initial deposit (e.g., 30-50%) to commence production, with the balance due upon completion or prior to shipment (as per agreed terms).

Shipping & Logistics

What are your shipping terms?

Our primary international shipping term is FOB (Free On Board) Chittagong Port, Bangladesh. This means we are responsible for costs and risks up to loading the goods onto your nominated vessel at Chittagong Port. You are responsible for international freight, insurance, and import duties/taxes at the destination. For more details, please refer to our Shipping & Export Policy.

How long does shipping take?

International shipping times vary significantly based on destination, shipping method (sea vs. air freight), and customs clearance. Production lead times for custom/bulk orders are typically 4-8 weeks. Transit times can range from 3-6 weeks for sea freight. We will provide estimated timelines with your order confirmation, but these are not guaranteed.

Am I responsible for import duties and taxes?

Yes, under FOB terms, you (the buyer) are fully responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges levied by the destination country’s authorities. We recommend consulting with your freight forwarder or customs broker for accurate estimates.

Quality & Ethical Practices

How do you ensure product quality?

We implement a rigorous multi-stage quality control process, from raw material selection (jute, cotton) to final weaving and packaging. Our experienced quality assurance team in Bangladesh inspects every rug to ensure it meets our high standards and your specifications. Small variations are inherent to handmade products.

What are your ethical sourcing practices?

Innova Max USA is deeply committed to ethical sourcing. We ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and absolutely no child labor in our artisan communities. We believe in empowering our weavers and contributing positively to their livelihoods and communities. Learn more on our Ethical Sourcing Policy page.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy for B2B orders?

As a B2B supplier, all sales are generally final. Returns and refunds are primarily considered only for significant manufacturing defects or discrepancies against approved specifications, and not for reasons like change of mind or excess inventory. Claims must be submitted within 10 days of goods arrival with clear photographic evidence. Please review our detailed Returns & Refund Policy for full terms.

What if I receive a damaged product?

For damages incurred during international transit (under FOB terms), claims should be filed directly with your freight forwarder and/or cargo insurance provider. Innova Max USA’s responsibility ends once goods are loaded onto the vessel at Chittagong Port. For manufacturing defects, please follow our claim submission process detailed in our Returns & Refund Policy.
