   • Your Company Name & Contact Details
   • Desired Product Codes/Designs
   • Quantities per item
   • Target Destination Country
4. Receive & Confirm Quote: Our sales team will provide a detailed quotation including pricing, estimated lead time, and payment terms.
5. Payment & Production: Confirm the order with the required initial payment. Production or preparation for shipment will commence.
6. Shipping: We will coordinate shipping based on agreed FOB terms.

4. Custom Order Process (Design & Manufacturing)

For bespoke designs, custom sizes, colors, or unique specifications:

1. Initial Consultation: Contact us with your project vision, design inspiration, desired dimensions, colors, materials, and target quantity.
2. Design & Development: Our design team will collaborate with you to refine your concept. We can work from your sketches, mood boards, or detailed specifications.

4. Sample Production (Optional but Recommended): For complex or large custom orders, we highly recommend producing a physical sample for your approval. Sample costs and shipping fees apply.
5. Sample Approval & Order Confirmation: Once the sample is approved, or if no sample is requested, confirm the final order and make the required initial payment.
6. Mass Production & Quality Control: Production commences, adhering to the approved sample/specifications. Strict quality checks are performed throughout the process.
7. Shipping: We will prepare and ship the finished custom products according to our Shipping & Export Policy.

5. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our MOQs vary:

• Ready Stock: Varies per item; please inquire for specific products.
• Custom/Bulk Orders: Typically starts from 50-100 pieces per design/size for handwoven Shatranji rugs. MOQs for other textile products will be provided upon inquiry.

6. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms usually involve a partial upfront deposit (e.g., 30-50%) to initiate production, with the balance due upon completion of production or prior to shipment. Specific terms will be outlined in your official quotation and Sales Contract.

7. Lead Times

Lead times depend on order size, complexity, and current production schedule:

• Ready Stock: 5-10 business days for processing before shipment.
• Custom/Bulk Production: Typically 4-8 weeks from final approval and deposit. Larger orders may require more time.
